The Salsa Lab would like to thank you for taking the time to make a report and help keep our dance community safe.

Creating a welcoming and respectful environment is a shared responsibility, and we appreciate you speaking up if something concerning has occurred. Reports help us identify patterns, support community wellbeing, and take appropriate action where needed.

You are welcome to share as much or as little information as you feel comfortable providing.

You may submit this form with or without your name. Providing contact details can help us better understand the situation and may allow us to follow up with you. If you choose to remain anonymous, this may limit our ability to investigate or take action. However, anonymous reports are still valuable as they help us identify patterns and keep an eye on potential issues.

All reports will be handled with care and treated as respectfully and confidentially as possible.
